Lisa Perlstein's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution involving title disputes, boundary disputes, easement disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, liens, construction disputes, contract disputes and other real property related disputes. Lisa represents national and regional banks and lending institutions, commercial property owners and tenants, and residential property owners and tenants.
Lisa was recognized as one of Super Lawyers® Magazine's Georgia Rising Stars in 2006 and 2009. She has also been included in America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals. Since her admission to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000, Lisa has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals on multiple occasions.
Prior to launching Lisa B. Perlstein, LLC, Lisa led the real property litigation department of Trey Inman & Associates, P.C. Lisa also has a background in environmental and land use litigation, and spent six years as an Associate Attorney with an environmental litigation boutique.
Lisa received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honorary and the Mortar Board National Honor Society.
